At To Rom og Kjøkken, we serve first-class ingedients from Trøndelag, inspired by the tradition of Mediterranean cuisine. Here you can sit back and enjoy a 3-, 5- or 7-course tasting menu put together by our chefs – or choose something from our á la carte menu. The menu follows the seasons, so you always get the seasonal flavors at their best.
A family business
Since To Rom og Kjøkken opened in 2005, the restaurant has been run by the Hildonen family, together with Alexander Skjefte. Roar has been the general manager throughout, and a few years later his wife Hege joined the administrative side. Today we are also proud that their son Eskil has become head chef in the restaurant, together with Andreas Sørlie Trøjgaard.
We are proud hosts of the Europien Region of Gastronomy – Trøndelag 2022. We mainly use exquisite ingredients from first class producers in Trøndelag.
