The Menu
In our menu you will find many courses prepared from the best produce found around Trondheim, which is one of the largest food regions in Norway. Here you find a huge variety of fish, seafood and a countryside full of delicious local products. The area is known to be one of the best when it comes to ecological cultivation and small scale produce.
With a little inspiration from the Mediterranean we use the first class raw ingredients in a unique way without it loosing it's original flavours and aromas.
